Hi, I’m Erikan Obotetukudo.

My friends call me the “Hypequeen from the Heavens.” My energy generates millions in minutes, specifically $1M in 1 minute.
I’m a corky gyal from California and a proud Nigerian. My family hails from Akwa Ibom and Edo State. One love to my Ibibio and Esan people!
Most recently, I launched the first Black/African woman-founded blockchain fund called Audacity Fund.
Audacity’s mission is to create the next 💯 years.
By age 30, I sourced, advised, and invested in early-stage startups valued at over $7B today. Seven (7) of these companies are unicorns or exited to Mastercard, Paypal, and Stripe. For 10 years, I’ve been in venture capital across the Americas, Asia, and Africa. My secret sauce is that I’m a polymath who speaks/understands English, Spanish, Portuguese, Nigerian Pidgin, and Global Black Culture.
In another life, I worked at Linkedin, Condé Nast, and UCSF. Respectively, I sold sales intelligence software to Wall Street executives, helped transition WIRED and The New Yorker to digital media, and tried to find the cure for HIV/AIDS.
Given my vastness across global finance, technology, media, culture, and medicine, I’ve been successful at predicting emerging economic trends worldwide.
Artistically, I love dancing under water and learning the harp.
